Join us for GLW’s biggest event of the year, the Outdoor Strawberry Full Moon Guided Meditation and Fire Burn Release Ceremony.

On Monday, June 29th from 8-9pm we will gather along the River and beneath the enchanting Strawberry Full Moon to reconnect with ourselves, release what no longer serves us and welcome the abundance that awaits.

This Guided Meditation experience will help you quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with the powerful energy of the Full Moon. Together we will reflect on what we are ready to let go of.

To prepare for this class begin writing down on a piece of paper any limiting beliefs, fears, worries, old patterns, or anything else you are ready to release. We will offer these intentions to the fire symbolizing transformation, healing and renewal. (as always your list is private so share all your heart needs to).

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or comfortable chair to sit on and anything else that helps you feel cozy under the evening sky. Class is fully outdoors.

Fresh Strawberries and Moon Water will be served as a reminder to savor the blessing of the season and nourish both body and soul.
