Today, Stan Watson and Howard Mosby had the pleasure of presenting Principal Charles Barker of Chapel Hill Middle School in Decatur with a check for back-to-school supplies on behalf of HEAL Collaborative and the DeKalb Legislative Community Cabinet.

We're proud to support a school that is making a lasting difference in the lives of our students—and to thank Chapel Hill Middle School for hosting our monthly Community Breakfast.

For more than 30 years, this gathering has brought together policymakers, community leaders and residents to discuss the issues that matter most—from healthcare and economic development to education and public policy. It's a trusted space where community voices are heard, connections are built, and solutions begin.

Our Birmingham Lung Cancer Screening to Treatment 2.0 program brought together community members, healthcare professionals, advocates, and survivors for a morning of education, encouragement, and meaningful conversation about lung health.

Our Philadelphia Lung Cancer Screening to Treatment 2.0 program brought together healthcare professionals, patient advocates, community leaders, and attendees for an impactful morning focused on education, awareness, and action.

Throughout the program, attendees learned about lung cancer prevention, the importance of early detection and screening, patient navigation, treatment options, environmental health, and practical resources available to help individuals and families navigate their lung health journey. Participants also received free lung cancer screening eligibility assessments, radon test kits, blood pressure screenings, and additional health resources.
