⬇️15 fat loss mistakes I had to stop making to *actually* lose 30 lbs

Wearing NEW .official x Collection 🤍 launching Thursday June 18 11AM EST (dc: LIV)

1. Thinking I needed to eat 1,200 calories to lose fat.
2. Skipping breakfast and then overeating at night.
3. Eating 10-15g of protein per meal and wondering why I was always hungry.
4. Doing ab workouts every day instead of focusing on a calorie deficit.
5. Choosing the lowest-calorie option instead of the option that would actually keep me full.
6. Burning 500 calories on the treadmill and then rewarding myself with food.
7. Restarting my diet every Monday after going off track on the weekend.
8. Having one “cheat meal” turn into an entire cheat weekend.
9. Cutting carbs when I should’ve been focusing on total calories.
10. Increasing cardio instead of tightening up my nutrition.
11. Changing my macros every week because I wasn’t seeing instant results.
12. Thinking a high-scale weight after a restaurant meal meant I gained fat.
13. Going to the gym without a plan and never progressing my lifts.
14. Treating vacations, birthdays, and holidays like an excuse to completely abandon my goals.
15. Quitting after 2-3 weeks because I thought progress was too slow.

There are moments in life that make you pause for a second and realize you’re living something you once only dreamed about 🤍

This weekend was one of those moments. Getting to meet so many of you, hear your stories, and connect face to face reminded me how powerful community really is. What started as sharing my own journey online has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and I don’t take a single second of it for granted.

The truth is, baby Liv would be completely speechless. She would never believe that one day she’d travel the world, work with brands she looked up to, and meet hundreds of incredible women because she decided to take a chance on herself. If there’s one thing this weekend taught me, it’s to never stop chasing the dreams placed on your heart and to remember to soak it all in when those dreams start becoming your reality ✨
