A few hard—but honest—truths from your injector. 🤍

I know taking care of your skin is an investment, and if you’re spending your money on treatments, I want you to get the most out of them.

✨ You can’t out-inject poor skincare.
Injectables have their place, but they don’t replace healthy skin. A solid routine with a good moisturizer, daily SPF and products appropriate for your skin—including retinoids when appropriate—matters.

✨ More filler isn’t always the answer.
Filler should be used thoughtfully to support your natural anatomy—not to turn you into someone else.

✨ The most expensive treatment isn’t automatically the best treatment.
Sometimes I’ll recommend a laser. Sometimes microneedling or a peel. Sometimes we need to work on skincare first. And sometimes my recommendation is to do nothing yet.

My goal isn’t to sell you the most treatment.
It’s to help you understand your options and spend your money where it will make the most sense for you.

Summer was fun…but your skin may be ready for a little reset…mine certainly is.

More sun, heat, sweat and busy schedules can leave us heading into fall noticing things like visible brown spots, uneven tone, texture or just skin that feels a little dull.

Today’s reminder: you don’t have to fix everything at once.

Fall is a great time to:
✨ Get consistent with your skincare again
☀️ Keep wearing your SPF—even when it’s cooler
💧 Focus on hydration and a healthy skin barrier
🍂 Take a look at what changed over the summer
🗓️ Start planning ahead if you’re considering a peel, microneedling, IPL or resurfacing

And you don’t have to figure out which treatment you need on your own.

Start with the skin. Then we make the plan.
