Our In-Person 3 Day Doula Training is WA State Certified and facilitated by a doula, midwife, childbirth & lactation educator with over 30 years of experience serving Thurston County families and birth workers. We will explore the many ways to help people through pregnancy, birth, parenting, lactation, early newborn care, and postpartum healing. This training is for those who have been caring for families in many capacities as well as those that are new to pregnancy and just learning about this amazing process. We will cover the business aspects of being a doula, state certification, Medicaid/Provider One credentialing, and networking as well as the vital aspects of doula care. There are many questions around doula certification and care. I have been training local doulas for over 25 years and am happy to discuss all that I can share.
