This is something I've been considering and pondering for quite a while. The more a person focuses on an issue, it doesn't matter what it is, the more they will amplifiy that issue by pouring their attention and energy into it. This can be a positive or a negative.
Considering the "negative" for a minute, this doesn't have to be the typical idea of negative, it can be something that is challenging us in some way that we haven't yet been able to move through, or change. When we become so hyper focused about whatever that issue is, and feeling like we are lacking something because it hasn't changed is disempowering‼️
We have endless options to choose from to change, alter or modify our current situation. And by shifting our perspective and perception, we open up our awareness to those other choices that have been there all along. THIS is empowering because we then see and feel that we HAVE the the power to change the situation.‼️
We are as stuck or as free and powerful as we believe we are 💪

This can be hard for people to look at. Once the event or experience is over, it's up to us as to how we move forward, or if we do. We have to be our biggest advocate for our own healing because nobody is going to do it for us. We can turn to others for guidance, help and support, but we are the ones who have to dig in, be honest with ourselves and do the work.
