We practice this in Yin Yoga all the time!! Sit with the discomfort. Sit with the feeling/sensation. Sit with the emotion. No need to judge or change it. Just be with it. It will ease, lift, pass, heal. Breathe and allow yourself to feel what you are feeling. 💗

Back from a stunning road trip to Alberta, Canada to visit friends and celebrate a dear deceased friend’s birthday. After a total of 44 hours round trip in the car and 8 days of tent camping, my yoga classes will be focusing some extra love on the hips and back!!
