Please join me for this free community breastfeeding class tomorrow at Rainbow Pediatrics Santa Rosa Beach.

Learn more about nourishing your newborn and what to expect during your breastfeeding journey. My goal is for you to leave feeling more prepared, confident, and empowered as you approach birth and postpartum.

You’ll also have the opportunity to schedule your postpartum visits while you’re there and take some time to relax into your birth plan as you prepare to welcome your little one.

Breasts are truly incredible 🤱✨

Did you know…

👂 Breasts can “hear” — a baby’s cry can actually trigger milk letdown.
🫶 Breasts can “feel” — responding to touch, connection, and baby’s needs.
💭 Breasts are emotional — hormones released during feeding support bonding, comfort, and love.
🤸 And breasts can do gymnastics — adjusting milk production and even changing composition to meet baby’s needs!

The human body is amazing, and breastfeeding is so much more than just milk. 💛
