STRONGMAN CLASS PREP
Our athletes are gearing up for the Primal Rose Fitness VDay Massacre in February 2027! We trained Event #1 “Shape Shifting” Trump Conventional Deadlift / Zercher Deadlift with competition weights for each division with some log press funsies.

Huge shoutout to Richie for hitting a 435 lb deadlift PR! 🔥

Zercher deadlifts challenge the legs, posterior chain, core and upper back, while log presses build shoulder, triceps, core and full body pressing strength.

Great work, everyone! Keep putting in the work! 💪🔥

NO class next weekend. Next class will be Sunday, Nov 1st at 10am in Fruitland - log presses.
