Beauty Berry leaves make the best mosquito repellent and the berries make the best jam. We’ve been growing/using them for years. I haven’t dug into this yet but multiple sources are saying “they” are about to start regulating them and managing whose allowed to sell products containing them because “they” have made some new discoveries that “they” can make money off of.

New studies are showing this plant enhances the effects of antibiotics and the leaves are said to fight mrsa/staph infection.

I’m currently brainstorming some seasonal additions for the farm stand and I keep coming back to my plant-based date caramel 🍎

Some of us actually want to enjoy a delicious caramel apple without all the unnecessary junk.

I’m thinking of offering the date caramel by the jar or maybe individual, premade organic caramel apples for the season.

Simple ingredients, wholesome sweetness and a little fall indulgence.

I’m literally crying. I thought I made it back to snuggle up like I never left this morning but my husband told me my daughter was up looking for me while I was out closing down the stand for the week and making local deliveries.

She said “daddy, where’s mommy?”

And then she said “I’m just a mommy’s girl” and fell right back asleep.

My sweet girl.

Local deliveries complete! Mommy is home now.

Summer is winding down and the fall apothecary is coming to life🍂🌿

I’m working on my next set of seasonal drinks for the upcoming season.

As we say goodbye to summer favorites like Moringa Lemonade and Watermelon Soursop (huge hits!), we make room for Adaptogenic Cocoa and Spiced Apple and Elderberry.

They’ll be available chilled & ready to grab and go at Country Club Produce in the coming fall season.

I can’t wait for you to try them. 🤎

I also plan to keep Elderberry Syrup, Ginger Syrup, Cough Syrup Kits, Throat Coat spray and other essentials stocked daily.
