Jess brings the perfect blend of strength, energy, and intentional movement to every class she teaches. With a BS in Kinesiology and years of experience leading sculpt, cycling, kickboxing, bootcamp, and recovery-based flows, she creates workouts that are both empowering and approachable.
Her classes combine athletic performance, functional movement, and music-driven motivation — whether you’re showing up for a high-energy sweat session or a slower reset and recovery flow. 🎶💪
Jess’s mission is simple: help people feel more connected to their bodies both inside and outside the studio.
