We begin with a Health Risk Assessment with a Nurse, followed by a Functional Movement Screening with a Personal Trainer. We then monitor each member’s progress with a complimentary re-evaluation with a Personal Trainer every 60 days, and re-evaluation with our Nurse every 90 days. Martina's Ecuador Adventure 🏔️

"Many of you asked where I disappeared to for the past two weeks!

I traded the gym for the mountains and spent 13 days in Ecuador trekking and climbing 5 volcanoes. The trip was amazing, but I quickly learned that there is a big difference between teaching people to exercise at sea level and trying to breathe above 20,000 feet! The highest point I reached was 6,310 meters (20,696 feet) on Chimborazo, where putting one foot in front of the other suddenly felt like a major athletic achievement.

There were plenty of early mornings, cold temperatures, sore legs, and a few moments when I questioned my life choices. But there were also incredible views, great people, and memories I'll never forget.

As a trainer, I often tell my clients to take things one step at a time. It turns out that's excellent advice when you're climbing a volcano and wondering if your lungs have submitted their resignation.
I'm grateful for the experience and very happy to be back at the gym—where the oxygen level is much more reasonable!

Get your little one ready for the water with our 8-session Parent & Me swim class — building confidence, basic skills, and splashy fun!

🗓️ Class Details:
Sundays, June 6 – July 26
11:00am – 11:30am
8 sessions, once a week
Make-up class: August 2
Ages: Babies & toddlers (swim diapers required)

🌟 What to Know:
- Only 1 parent/guardian in the water with your swimmer (second adult can wait on benches)
- It doesn't have to be the same parent every week!
- We provide all toys and towels
- Just pack: swim diapers, swimsuit, and a change of clothes

Note: Children over age 4 must use the family changing room (can't enter opposite-gender changing rooms).

On , we want to remind you that regular exercise can reduce fall risk, ease muscle tightness, strengthen muscles, and boost mood.

Our Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program is designed to help individuals with MS manage their health and increase physical activity in a safe, motivating environment. Beyond exercise, the program includes health education mini-sessions on nutrition, emotional health, cognitive functioning, relaxation skills, and self-care.

Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program Details:
- Choose from small group, semi-private, or one-on-one sessions
- 16 total sessions plus 8 mind-body classes
- Duration: 2 months
