We're partnering with Gilda's Club Chicago for Living Out Loud! a virtual, informal conversation exploring what it means to navigate cancer and survivorship as an LGBTQIA+ person.

Join our Patient Advocacy Specialist, Paula Chambers, and Project Manager, Ash Davidson, on October 26 at 6pm, as they share their experiences navigating cancer and survivorship as LGBTQIA+ individuals.

This session is open to people at all stages of their cancer journey —including those newly diagnosed, in treatment, living with cancer, caregiving, or further into survivorship—and inviting participants to reflect on living authentically and finding connection.

It's conference season here at the network and our Deputy Director, Chelbye McIntyre, will presenting at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Conference on the Science of Cancer Health Disparities, taking place from October 18 - 21 in Atlanta Georgia. This conference is dedicated to advancing the understanding of cancer health disparities that pose significant public health challenges and disproportionately affect vulnerable communities.
