Congratulations to the 2025–2026 NvLEND graduates! ✨

Over the past year, these dedicated trainees completed interdisciplinary leadership training focused on improving systems of care and outcomes for individuals with disabilities and their families. Through collaboration, advocacy, research, and community engagement, they have developed the skills needed to become future leaders in their fields.

We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and look forward to the impact they will continue to make in Nevada and beyond. Congratulations, graduates! 💙

Happy World Bicycle Day!🚲🌍

Today, we’re celebrating the joy, freedom, and independence that riding a bike can bring. Bicycles are more than just a way to get around. They build confidence, encourage physical activity, and create opportunities for connection and inclusion.

It’s also Day 3 of our Las Vegas iCan Bike Camp! 🎉 We’re proud to support riders as they develop new skills, gain confidence, and work toward the goal of independent bike riding. Every pedal forward is a step toward greater independence.

Supporting healthy pregnancies and early parenting starts with the right tools! 🤰

Join UNR’s Prenatal Exposure Education Program for the Bloom Within Workshop, a virtual 3-class series that provides evidence-based mindfulness skills to help navigate stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Participants will gain practical strategies to build confidence, resilience, and well-being.

iCan Bike Nevada starts NEXT WEEK, and we can’t wait to see everyone in Las Vegas! 🚴‍♀️🎉

Beginning June 1, riders from across Nevada will join us at West Preparatory Academy for an exciting week of building confidence, independence, and new skills. Through one-on-one support from trained professionals and volunteer spotters, participants will work toward achieving the incredible goal of riding a two-wheel bicycle.

We’re currently looking for volunteers and Adapted Aquatics Instructors to join us June 22–26 at Northwest Pool in Reno. 💙

iCan Swim is a weeklong camp that helps individuals with disabilities build water safety and swimming skills in a supportive, fun environment. Whether you're an experienced swim instructor or simply looking to make a difference, there’s a place for you on our team!
