So incredibly grateful for this village. 💛

Every week I’m amazed by the number of moms who show up to walk, connect, and support one another. Thank you to the new moms who take the leap and join us, and to the moms who come back week after week you are what makes this community so special.

The friendships, encouragement, and connections being built on these walks are a beautiful reminder that motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

A few days late because doula life, wife life, and mom life have been a little wild lately 🤍

But we still wanted to say Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there, no matter what motherhood looks like for you. Whether you’re raising babies, loving children in your heart, supporting others, stepping into motherhood for the first time, or doing the hard work day in and day out… you matter.

We hope you were celebrated in whatever way makes you feel most loved, appreciated, and cared for.

Last night I had the honor of supporting a mom as she welcomed her sweet baby girl into the world, and with that, I reached my 20th birth 🤍

11 girls and 9 boys!

Just 13 months ago, I attended my very first birth. Since then, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined and witnessed the most incredible strength, love, and support in so many different forms.

Every birth leaves a mark on my heart, and I’m so grateful to be trusted in such sacred moments. Here’s to all the families who’ve let me be part of their journey 💫

The truth is… being a doula isn’t a 9–5. It’s heart work that we carry with us around the clock. Some weeks are beautifully slow, giving space to rest, learn, and pour into our families. Other weeks? They’re full, unpredictable, and stretch us in every direction, but in the most meaningful way.

Happy World Doula Week 💛

This work has given me more than I ever imagined. Being able to support families through some of the most powerful, vulnerable, and life-changing moments is truly an honor I don’t take lightly.

Becoming a doula has not only allowed me to pour into others, but it’s also given me the gift of more time at home with my girls, and that means everything to me. I am forever grateful that I took this leap of faith, and even more grateful for every bit of support, encouragement, and trust that helped guide me here.
