Vinyasa Yoga
This is a balanced hour of energetic postures aimed at cultivating strength and fluidity paired with the cooling-energy of Yin, where grounding poses are mindfully held for extended breaths. You’ll build inner fire, then relax into stillness. Appropriate for all levels of experience, beginners taking care to use offered modifications.
📣 We are thrilled to expand our schedule at Internal Arts New England with two brand-new classes hosted by Liz Himmel! Yoga makes a great complement to Tai Chi, and Liz's experience in both practices will surely lead to excellent classes for our community.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Designed with the Tai Chi practitioner in mind, this class combines gentle flowing movement with balance postures, weight-shifting, and breathwork to support mobility, allowing both body and mind to move with greater control and intention. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
👇 What to Bring
For either class please bring a mat, water, and any desired props, such as blocks, blankets, straps, or extra padding for knees. Extra mats and blocks are available at the studio if needed.
💵 Cost
Your first class is free! If you have a Great Bay Tai Chi MA tuition package, it may be used towards Yoga classes with Liz. Drop-ins are $25.
