Hi everyone! ❤️

I’m hoping to collect 50 bottles of Dove body wash by the end of next week for survivors of human trafficking, and I’d be so grateful for your help!

This donation drive benefits one of my favorite local charities, Love Society, whose mission is to support survivors with care, dignity, and hope.

You can:
• Drop off a bottle at Modern Remedy (9393 N. 90th St., Suite 108B, Scottsdale)
• Donate online using the link below
• If you’d rather make a monetary donation toward the body wash, just send me a message and I’ll take care of the shopping.

Every bottle truly makes a difference. Thank you so much for helping us reach our goal of 50 bottles! 🤍

✨ This retreat is about more than just surfing.

It’s about traveling somewhere new, stepping out of your routine, and seeing what happens when you let the ocean teach you.

Maybe you’ll fall in love with surfing, maybe you’ll laugh your way through your first wipeout—but either way, you’ll gain something bigger: confidence, connection, and clarity.

Movement is medicine—body, mind & spirit. ✨

What better way to move than learning to ride the waves? Maybe you’ll love surfing, maybe you’ll laugh through every wipeout… either way, you’ll walk away with more: confidence, clarity, connection.

Healing doesn’t have to be heavy—it can look like sunshine, saltwater, and trying something new. 🌊🏄‍♀️

Come wander. Come surf. Come heal. 🌴
