During their weekly visit to Pinetop Public Library, our members learned about mummies, asked questions, played fossil bingo, and turned their history lesson into a hands-on experience by wrapping one another like mummies.

There was learning. There was teamwork. There was plenty of laughter. And according to one member, โ€œThat was fun!โ€

At Lexington Services DTA, community outings create opportunities to practice communication, make choices, explore new interests, and apply life skills in real-world settings.

Our recent trip to the White Mountains Fishing Derby gave members the opportunity to connect with others, build confidence, practice social skills, and enjoy a day of community inclusion in a fun and supportive environment.
