ONE WEEK AWAY! 🎉

Our Sioux Falls Grand Re-Opening is officially one week from today, and I’m genuinely so excited for what’s ahead. 💙

For me, LIVE has always been about so much more than IVs. It’s about preventative health and wellness. It’s about helping people feel their best, take care of themselves, and have a place they can trust when they want to invest in their health.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the medical field, and I truly believe in what we do. I believe in knowledgeable, experienced nurses. I believe in taking the time to listen to our clients. And I believe wellness shouldn’t look the same for everyone — which is why we offer so many different services and options depending on what YOU need.

I’ve put so much of my heart into LIVE, and my hope is that Sioux Falls gets to know us, trusts us, and sees how much we genuinely care about the people who walk through our doors.

We know building something meaningful takes time — and we’re here for it. 💙

Staying hydrated gets harder as we age, and it's not always as simple as just drinking more water. ​

Older adults are more prone to dehydration for several reasons — a naturally decreased sense of thirst, certain medications, kidney changes and mobility limitations that make drinking enough water tough.

The honest answer is... it depends! Everyone's body and wellness goals are different, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer. For general health and preventative wellness, we typically recommend one to two IV treatments per month to keep your body feeling its best and to address any vitamin deficiencies.​
