Springfield Clinic Carpenter has officially moved! 🔔

We are now located at 401 E. Carpenter Street in Springfield. Our dedicated Endocrinology and Nephrology teams are ready to welcome you to our new home.

Patients with questions about this change should call either 217.670.8405 (Endocrinology direct line) or 217.525.2827 (Nephrology direct line), and our staff will be happy to assist.

Effective June 3, 2024, Springfield Clinic Endocrinology and Nephrology care teams are moving five blocks down Carpenter Street to a newly renovated building.
The new facility was designed with patients in mind, with all of the typical endocrinology and nephrology services our patients have come to rely on, plus expanded lab access and care spaces.

The new location will be located at 401 E. Carpenter Street near Fourth Street in Springfield.

All appointments scheduled through May 31 will go on as scheduled at our current location. Any appointments after May 31 will be held at the new facility. Patients with questions about this change should call either 217.670.8405 (Endocrinology direct line) or 217.525.2827 (Nephrology direct line), and our staff will be happy to assist.

Please note that most Springfield Clinic clinical and business offices will be closed as of noon on Friday, Dec. 29. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Our Urgent Care locations are open with holiday hours in effect and TeleNurse services are available 24/7 to provide after-hours medical advice.
