I'm a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience in antenatal and postpartum care, dedicated to nurturing & supporting expectant families. My love for yoga & all things pregnancy inspired me to become certified to lead Prenatal Yoga. Recently, my growing motivation to provide in-home support for new families led me to pursue a certification as a Postpartum Doula. In my spare time, if I'm not on my yoga mat, I can be found gardening, listening (dancing) to music, knitting, & chauffeuring my three tween/teen boys all over the St.

OFFERING 150 MINUTES OF CALM, PEACE & REST THIS SUNDAY OCTOBER 18 💖💫✨🦋

Join us, in our 75 minute prenatal yoga gathering, as we prepare for the miracle of birth one breath at a time. 💫

Followed by a special 75 minute reiki gathering, for ALL bodies— not just those expecting. No reiki experience necessary. Simply join us as we assist you in finding a comfortable resting position— while 4 reiki practitioners (myself included) provide the beautiful offering of reiki to the room.✨

This is a great opportunity for those who are curious about receiving reiki! Also a lovely way for a refresh for those who receive regularly! ✨💫✨

I was so excited to meet this little love today & especially excited to give mom a giant hug! 🤗

Growing & THEN bringing a whole new little human into the world is such an incredible accomplishment. 💫 💪

& congratulations to dad as well — WOW you both are already doing such an incredible job! 🙌

I’m looking forward to continuing support during this special time, while watching not only baby grow, but mom & dad grow as parents as well! ✨
