The trigger is the doorway to your next level of healing!

When someone triggers you, your first instinct may be to look at them.

What they said.

What they did.

How they made you feel.

But the shamanic path asks you to turn inward.

Why did this touch me so deeply?

A trigger can be a mirror.

It may be showing you an old wound that still needs tending.

A boundary you haven't honored.

A pattern you keep repeating.

A place where you gave your power away.

A part of yourself that is asking to finally be seen.

This doesn't mean another person's behavior is acceptable.

It means you get to decide what happens with the energy it stirred inside of you.

Instead of immediately reacting, become the observer.

Where do I feel this in my body?

When have I felt this before?

What is underneath the anger, hurt, jealousy, fear, or defensiveness?

What is this experience trying to teach me?

Then do the work.

Sit with it.

Breathe into it.

Journal it.

Move it through your body.

Take it to ceremony.

Bring it to the fire.

Strengthen the boundary.

Retrieve the piece of yourself you left behind.

Because sometimes the person who triggers you isn't the wound.

They simply touched the place where the wound already lived.

And once you see it, you have a choice!

Keep REACTING from the wound or BEGIN HEALING from it!

That is shadow work.

That is awareness.

That is taking your power back.

The trigger may be uncomfortable, but sometimes it is the doorway to your next layer of healing.

You don't always need to know what's wrong to know something feels different.

Sometimes your energy whispers before it screams.

You may notice:

• You're exhausted even after you've rested.

• You feel heavy, scattered, or simply off.

• The same emotions or patterns keep showing up.

• You've been giving so much of yourself that you can't remember the last time you truly received.

Listen.

NOT EVERY SESSION GOES AS PLANNED.

And that's exactly how it's supposed to be.

When someone gets on our healing table, we may have an idea of where we're beginning.

But we don't decide where we're going.

We listen.
We feel.
We trust.

There are times the drum needed to come out.

Times the bowls needed to sing.

Times the room needed silence.

Times an emotion surfaced that someone didn't even realize they were still carrying.

And times we've been guided toward something we could never have planned before that person walked through my door.

That is why we call these Intuitive Healing Sessions.

We don't believe your healing should come from a script.

We believe we create the space and then we listen.

To the body.
To the energy.
To intuition.
To Spirit.

Some of what we practice was taught to me by incredible human teachers.

Some came through years of training, ceremony and experience.

And some practices have simply arrived along my spiritual path in ways I can only describe as remembering.

I don't need to force it.

I don't need to understand every piece of it.

I trust what comes.

And I ask the person on my table to do one thing:

I work intuitively, drawing from Reiki, shamanic practices, energy healing, sound, prayer, sacred practices and techniques that have unfolded throughout my own spiritual path.

Sometimes a few careless words can plant a belief that someone carries for years.

And sometimes, the most damaging words are the ones we repeatedly speak to ourselves.

But we can choose differently.

Words that heal create freedom.

Speak with love.
Speak the truth.
Speak with compassion.
Encourage.
Support.
Empower.

And speak to yourself with the same kindness you would offer someone you love.

We make agreements with the words we choose to believe.

Some of those agreements were given to us long ago.

Celebrate the magic and beauty of the autumn season with a creative evening making your own handcrafted natural witch broom.

Using real branches, dried flowers, herbs, grasses, feathers, natural elements, and decorative touches, Sue will guide you step by step in creating a beautiful broom that feels rustic, magical, and completely your own.

The brooms pictured are actual examples of the craft you’ll be creating in this workshop!

Each one will be unique depending on the natural materials you choose and how you decide to design it.

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to arrange and securely bind your materials, add decorative details, and explore some of the traditional symbolism and folklore surrounding brooms.

You can create yours simply as a beautiful piece of seasonal home décor or give it personal meaning for use in your spiritual practice.

Feel free to bring a special ribbon, charm, crystal, feather, or other small meaningful item if you’d like to incorporate something personal into your broom.

No crafting experience is necessary.

All materials are included, and you’ll leave with your own finished handcrafted natural witch broom to enjoy throughout the fall season and beyond.
