Following up on yesterday’s 60-lb trivia question… here is how you actually take that massive weight off your neck!

1. Screen Level: Raise your monitor or phone so the top third is at eye level - don't drop your chin.

2. 90-Degree Rule: Keep feet flat on the floor with knees and hips at relaxed 90-degree angles.

3. The Hourly Reset: Every 60 minutes, roll your shoulders back and down, and look up for 30 seconds.
