HOME HEALTH SUCCESS STORY!
Robert was a recent Home Health patient with us at CaringEdge in Bismarck. Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and a Home Health Aide were all involved in his care. The team worked closely with he and his wife with the goal of increasing strength and independence allowing him to stay safe at home and avoid hospitalization. In his wife's words:

Shoutout to our amazing CNAs! 💙
We truly have the best CNAs in the world. They go above and beyond every single day for our patients, and our work would be so much more difficult without them. We are incredibly grateful for all they do. Their compassion, dedication, and teamwork mean more than words can express.
We’re lucky to have Keeley and Rei, two wonderful caregivers who not only work so well together, but also bring so much heart to what they do.
Keeley, who has been a CNA for 8 years, shares:
“This job is super fulfilling and rewarding in a way most people never get to experience or see in their lifetime. My favorite part has to be the unique diversity of patients we get to care for, get to know, and soon love. It feels very full circle in a way.”
Rei, a CNA for nearly 14 years, says:
“I love being able to help people through the golden years of their lives. I enjoy getting to know not only our patients, but their families too. This job is so very meaningful, and it puts a smile on my face to be a light in people’s lives.”
These two incredible women are so appreciated, and we are thankful every day for the care they provide. We love our CNAs!

Did you know that one of the benefits of Hospice Care is our bereavement program for grieving families for 13 months after a loved one has passed? This includes support through phone contact, mailings and visits. These visits can be with a social worker and or our chaplain and all family members are eligible to receive bereavement services. After over seven years of building CaringEdge Outpatients physical therapy business in Pierre side by side, it’s hard to put into words just how much Kami Price has meant to our team, our patients, and our growth.

From the very beginning, she brought not only talent and dedication, but a genuine passion for helping others heal and succeed, as well as mentoring other therapists. Together, we’ve faced challenges, celebrated milestones, and built something we’re all incredibly proud of—and Kami has been an essential part of every step along the way.

What stands out most is not just the clinical expertise or work ethic (both exceptional), but the way she showed up every single day—with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to doing what’s right for patients and teammates alike. That kind of impact goes far beyond the walls of our clinic.

While we are sad to see her go, we are also incredibly grateful for the years we’ve shared and excited for what lies ahead in this next chapter. There’s no doubt Kami will continue to make a difference for those lucky enough to work with her.
