Six weeks. That’s it.

Today I received the first set of completion photos from my Summer Slim Down program, and I am absolutely blown away. The changes in just six weeks are incredible—not only in her physique, but in the confidence she radiates.

This is proof that you don’t need months and months to start seeing meaningful results. Consistency, commitment, and a solid plan can create amazing transformations in a relatively short amount of time.

5 years ago this beast prepped for 20 weeks for her first amateur NPC show ever… she won it.. qualified for nationals …then went to nationals a couple weeks later and not only won her classes in both the open AND over 35 but she took the OVERALL in both those divisions as well. Which Basically means she beat all 6 classes in the open and ALL 6 classes in the masters. Freaking insane!!!

Happy to say we are working together again ☺️
