It’s 𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗣 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, and we’re celebrating what ownership really means.

At TrueScripts, being team member owned means having a stake in the future we’re building together.

We’re continuing on our path toward becoming 100% team member owned, investing in the futures of the people who show up every day to serve our clients, support our members, help our partners, and make TrueScripts what it is.

But ownership at TrueScripts goes beyond a number on a statement. It’s about responsibility. It’s about pride in what we do. And it’s about knowing that when we make a difference for someone else, we’re strengthening something we all have a part in.

That same spirit of ownership is at the heart of our culture of giving back. We believe that when we’re blessed with the opportunity to serve others, we should use it.

We’re not just building a company for today. We’re building a future our team members can own.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗣 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵! 💙

💚 We’re hiring locally! Come grow with TrueScripts.

We’re looking for talented, service-minded professionals to join our TrueScripts team in two local hybrid positions:

💰 Revenue Cycle Specialist
If you have a background in finance, accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or revenue cycle processes, this could be a great opportunity to bring your skills to a growing organization. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with financial data, and ready to make an impact as part of our Finance team.

💊 Member Care Advocate
Love helping people and solving problems? Our Member Care Advocates are often the voice of TrueScripts, helping members understand and navigate their prescription benefits. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume phone environment and knows how to deliver exceptional customer service. Pharmacy technician experience is preferred.

🏢 Both positions offer a hybrid work schedule with time spent alongside our team in the office.

At TrueScripts, you’re not just filling a position. You’re joining a team member-owned company built around providing Amazing Care, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful difference for the people we serve.

At TrueScripts, we know that some of life's most meaningful lessons come from the people who support us, guide us, and encourage us to be our best.

This Father's Day, we're celebrating the dads and father figures who lead with kindness, serve others selflessly, and make a positive impact on the lives around them.

Thank you for all you do. Happy Father's Day!

Juneteenth serves as a reminder of the importance of freedom, opportunity, and belonging.

Today, we honor the significance of this day while celebrating the diverse voices, experiences, and contributions that help shape our communities and workplaces.

Together, we can continue building a future rooted in respect, understanding, and care for one another.

Being team member-owned means every win matters a little more at TrueScripts.

Yesterday, we came together for ESOP Statement Day to celebrate our latest share price, our continued growth, and the people who make it all possible.

One of the things we love most about being an ESOP company is that our team members aren’t just employees… they’re owners. Owners who care deeply about our clients, our members, our culture, and each other.

That ownership mindset shows up every day in the way our teams serve, collaborate, and work toward something bigger than themselves.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to celebrate together and excited for what the future holds for our team member owners.
