As I enter my 8th year as an Integrative Health Coach, I've been reflecting on one thing I've learned over and over again:
Most people don't need more information. They need less overwhelm.
Between social media, fad diets, conflicting nutrition advice, and the latest health trends, it's easy to feel confused about what actually matters.
That's why I'm bringing it back to the basics....back to the foundations.
☑️How do we read a food label and know what's actually in the food we're eating?
☑️How do we separate marketing from meaningful nutrition information?
☑️How do we make healthier choices at the grocery store?
☑️How do we recognize what our bodies are trying to tell us through cravings, energy crashes, and digestive issues... and what can we do about it?
The truth is, better health isn't built through perfection. It's built through small habits practiced consistently over time.

🌱 Coming at the end of June, I'll be opening registration for Strong Foundations, a 6-week rotating metabolic health program.
