A big thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate our ribbon cutting.

It meant so much to welcome friends, family, local business partners, community leaders, and the long-term care community into our home. Your presence made the day feel exactly like what we hope every visit will be: warm, personal, and full of care.

A special thank you to the West Des Moines Chamber, Cyd’s Catering for the delicious food and to Sweet Sticks for the cake pops that everyone loved.

Supporting local businesses is part of how we serve this community, and you all helped make the celebration memorable.

In our office, our Butterfly Memorial Wall is a sacred place where we honor the patients and families we have had the privilege to serve.
Each butterfly represents so much more than a name. It represents a life lived, a family who loved deeply, and a journey we were honored to walk alongside. Each patient and their family may have been with us for a brief moment in time, but will always be a part of our story. 💜
