A closer look at what happens behind the images!

At Innovative Radiology, we’re always looking for ways to improve the quality of the imaging we provide, and our cardiac imaging team has been putting in the work.

Through our use of Cleerly AI with Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA), our team recently achieved an IQS Analysis score of 3.69 out of 4.00 placing us among the highest-performing sites.

So, what does that mean?

CCTA is a specialized CT scan that creates detailed images of the heart and coronary arteries. Cleerly uses AI to analyze those images and provide detailed, measurable information about coronary artery plaque.

The IQS (Image Quality Score) helps evaluate the quality and consistency of the CCTA images being analyzed. Our 3.69 score reflects the care and precision that goes into obtaining high-quality cardiac images.

And that doesn’t happen because of technology alone.

It takes skilled technologists, experienced radiologists, advanced imaging technology and a team committed to getting the details right.

We’re proud of the work our cardiac imaging team has put in to achieve this result, and even more proud to continue raising the standard for the patients we serve!

The technology is advanced. The work behind it matters just as much.

✨ Meet Heather! ✨

Heather has been part of the Innovative Radiology team since day one! As one of our experienced MRI Technologists, she is dedicated to providing high-quality care and helping patients feel at ease throughout their imaging experience. She loves being part of a collaborative team that always puts patients first.

After earning her degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa, Heather discovered a passion for healthcare while working as a Patient Coordinator on a mobile MRI route. She went on to become a board-certified MRI Technologist in 2007 and has spent years helping patients feel at ease during their imaging exams.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, kayaking, cruising, and traveling to tropical destinations. She loves cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her beloved Yorkie, Oliver Dean.

We’re so grateful to have Heather as part of the Innovative Radiology family!
