This week we are celebrating Peggy!

Peggy is an active, outdoors person. More than others, she understands the importance of good physique and posture to be able to sustain outdoor adventures and enjoy them. Going on to mountain hikes, climbing, rapelling is especially demanding for the body.

Pain should not put a limit to the lifestyle that one wants to live. That is the reason why Peggy went to posture therapy. After a year of work on her posture, she now unlocked more in terms of mobility: she has become more flexible, more balanced. ๐Ÿ’š
