Our team wants to take this opportunity to remind you that March is 💙COLORECTAL CANCER AWARENESS MONTH! 💙

💙According to the American Cancer Society, there will be an estimated 158,000+ new cases of colorectal cancer in 2026!

💙Colorectal cancer is the 3rd most common cancer diagnosed in the United States of America (excluding skin cancer) and a leading cause of cancer death in people younger than 50.

💙Screening begins at age 45, unless you are experiencing symptoms such as bleeding, changes in your bowel habits, pain, or unintentional weight loss. A family history of may also indicate an earlier screening age.

💙Colorectal cancer is preventable and treatable when caught early. Prevention and early detection are KEY!

💙Talk to your provider if you have ANY questions or concerns. They will be happy to discuss any symptoms or changes you may be experiencing, as well as recommend the best screening option for your specific scenario.
