Finals season is here β and studying harder does not always mean studying better πβ¨
Try spacing out your study sessions, using retrieval cues, testing yourself with active recall, and protecting your sleep as much as possible. Small changes in how you study can make a big difference in how much you remember.
And remember: using someone elseβs prescription medication to study is not safe or legal. Your brain learns best with rest, planning, and healthy strategies β not last-minute panic.
