Well, that was awesome! 💚

What a fantastic response to our Mental Health First Aid in Schools: Supporting Staff and Students webinar last week, with a record number of attendees joining us from schools across Australia.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion.

If you missed the webinar and would like the recording, please reach out and we'll send it through.

We're looking forward to continuing the conversation with schools about how Mental Health First Aid can support both staff and students.

How do you know if someone is having a stroke? Think… F.A.S.T.

The Stroke Foundation recommends the F.A.S.T. test as an easy way to remember the most common signs of stroke.

Using the F.A.S.T. test involves asking these simple questions:

Face: Check their face. Has their mouth drooped?

Arms: Can they lift both arms?

Speech: Is their speech slurred? Do they understand you?

Time: Is critical. If you see any of these signs, call 000 straight away.
