YOU CAN'T OUTRUN YOURSELF.

Especially if you are devoted to helping others move through their block, pain and limitations.
Cause it's no secret, we are attracting and manifesting from the sum of we are. Light, dark and everything in between.

As healers it is absolutely our responsibility to refine your work tool - which is YOU.
Physically, emotionally, energetically, spiritually and mentally.

I want to take a momemt to thank for her incredible support in the last month, and we are just getting started!
I also want to thank all of my teachers, mentors and healers that have helped me so much along the way to become who I am today.
The abilities I am blessed with in holding others through their journeys of healing wounds, removing blocks and supporting their journey of mastery as healers would have never been possible without all the work.

Our 8 year old asked: How can God speak to you?
And we said:
1- A feeling in your body
2- A voice in your head
3- A sign in your enviroment
4- Through other people

When you're actively seeking alignment and learning to honour you intuition and inner guidance (number 1 & 2 of the list), you will often notice more and more "coincidences" in the signs you get (3 & 4 from the list).

It's basically a confirmation that you are on the right track.

Humans are collective, communal interdependant creatures.
Out internal safety is directly connected to our external enviroment and how we feel with other people.

It's great that we have those online resources now, for some people it truly is a life saving service. But it's against our biology to make ot supirior to co-regulation with another human!

If there's one thing I hope that all my students and mentoring clients will take with them into their work is THIS!

Be human. Work on yourself to provide a great container for your clients.
Your most precious tool is not your modality, it's your nervous system capacity.
Always.
In any therapy or modality.

BE HUMAN!

Energy based therapies & intuitive practitioners require guidance and space that is so different to any other industry!

Everything about you, your life, your emotions, patters, beliefs and sensitivities affects your work.
On top of that, channeling something through you is not similar to any other work out there.

It is highly possible that you just can't grow your practice, leave the full time job you hate or fully land in your exact purpose, because you've been getting guidance that does not account for the uniquness of energy work in the most grounded and professional way.

I've been a practitioner and mentor for 15 years, supporting holistic therapists.
I've practiced bodywork, movement, somatics, trauma processing, coaching and channeling.
I've done it all.
Moreso, I've done it during wars, moving countries, having childnen, breakups and huge life shifts without it affecting the quality of my work.

Not all energetic blocks are the same and not all of them should be handled the same way.

As a practitioner, you want to have the skills and ability to be a lot more specific than recognise a block in the throat or the heart and send it some light.
No no no..

Just like the genetic body has it's mechanics and anatomy, so does the unified system. Both as a whole, as well as each aspect of it.
And without knowing it, understanding it and working with it, you can't truly move through your own struggles and definitely can't help your clients.

Energy healing alone is NOT ENOUGH.
Bodywork alone is NOT ENOUGH.
Psychology alone is NOT ENOUGH.

The human has a bigger picture, and to help you need to be able to read it.
