How to stop retracting back when you feel discomfort? Question the discomfort. “ am I feeling this discomfort because I’m growing? Or am I feeling this discomfort because I’m actually unsafe?” As we start to acknowledge the feelings of discomfort while we grow, we stop giving that temporary feeling so much power. When we stay disciplined enough in our growth before we know it we have created an entire new reality! It’s time to embrace growth & the growing pains instead of simply retracting back. If you want a new reality you have to create a new pathway. Try this out!
