Making a list makes things real and official. If you’re not searching for love what are you searching for? This list could be “my last year at my job” or “the last 6 months I let people walk all over me”

The point of it all is to create tangible steps that bring your desired out come to you. All while having fun, setting boundaries and becoming a better version of yourself 🫶🏽✨

Dreams are one of my favourite tools to use for guidance, clarity and direction

I understand we don’t always dream but when we do, PAY ATTENTION! Especially when heightened dreams are coming around a full moon. Full moons are all about release and these are breadcrumbs leading the way to what you’ve outgrown, need to look at or release.

Our team is always trying to guide us, if you’re struggling to remember dreams, ask them to help you before you go to sleep that night

Sometimes I can push through but today was just not that day. Surrendered and trusted that there is a better day to tackle the work

Having kids has been the greatest, triggering and most healing thing I’ve ever experienced.

Kids hold a mirror to us, to show us where the work needs to be done,

But they also show us to stop taking life so serious and just have fun!

Allow yourself to play and watch it shift everything around you. Our purpose in life is to experience as much joy as humanely possible 👑💕

Rituals are a powerful tool for working intentionally with the magic and energy of the moon to create shift and change in our lives. Together, we will ground into our space, build connection through conversation and be guided through emotional release and expansion.

This is a safe place that is here to allow emotional healing, manifestation, clarity, and release.

We will talk about the energies at play, be given aligned journalling prompts, collective card pulls and a guided mediation (this may or may not include some breath work, I allow the energy of the moment to decide what we are doing).
This is a space for open conversation or simply listening and being present, the choice is yours.
