Dinner with Q’uichi! 🌈🐦‍⬛ She’s too busy and too hungry to sing with me these days but I sure enjoy hanging out with her. Check out our upgraded dinner table for her! I’ve noticed her confidence increasing as this feeding tray is stable, whereas it was harder for her to land on the balcony.

✨ Earth Altar Ceremony! 🌎🌈♥️ PachaMama we love you so much! Thank you for holding us and supporting us every step we take in this magical gift of life.

Thank you to those who came to co-create a beautiful Earth altar mandala, offering flowers, seeds, shells, and leaves—infused with our prayers—to honor Mother Earth and the elements: earth, fire, water, and wind.

Not all are called to dance with the Dark Goddess. Not all are called to walk the edge between the worlds. For those who are, who dare to risk, magic awaits. Not easy wave-your-pretty-wand magic, but magic that is deep and rough, pulling and tugging at your very existence, plunging you into the deep, dark murky waters of all feelings from all times, until finally demanding you be willing to stand in the fires of transformation, insisting you be willing to be the dark matter that is alchemically transmuted into gold.

Not everyone will understand or feel comfortable around you. They are not meant to. The Dance of the Dark Goddess is for those who are willing to die and die and die again, knowing that with each death a new dance is being born, a new being is being formed, for it is in darkness that creation begins.

Not all are called to dance with the Dark Goddess but for those who are, those who have been given eyes to see in the dark and wings to fly, those that understand alchemy is born of fire, a day will come when travelling between the worlds of dark and light will be a profoundly juicy journey of depth-diving into the shadowy recesses in order to purify, mature, and perfect that which is the deepest of all mysteries... the soul of a woman.

As we move deeper into spring, we are invited into renewal, emergence, and the gentle unfolding of what has been quietly gestating within us.
There is a soft courage in this season—a willingness to open, to trust, and to allow new life to take form.
With this new emergence, I feel stronger than ever the need to weave together community and share our voices, insights, medicine, grief, and tools for empowerment.
Many of you have asked for more continuity with my offerings and so I am stretching to be in service in this way.
From my heart to yours, I am offering a new monthly online series which I warmly welcome you to join.
Come for one or come for all.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for! Your seat in this circle is waiting for you. ♥️🙏🌿✨✨

It is amazing to be a human. There is so much light. And there is so much density. (There is destiny in density) The sun, the bird song wilderness. Did you know that when the birds sing there are cells in the trees that open to receive our breath so that we can receive their breath? There are so many secrets in nature. It’s awesome and it’s miraculous and it never ceases to make me cry.

my name means resurrection. It’s a challenging name to carry. I recently was thinking about the gift of the name. And the gift of the names of mother line names and the father lines names, and thinking about the meaning of those names as cells in a tree of lifeline, and their cellular reminders about one’s threads of fate and destiny.

I also think about patterns and cycles and the different stories from the different cultures that bless the coming of spring through mythos, religion, and stories that specifically have to do with this shape of resurrection/life death life— Inanna,Persephone, Tammuz, Adonis, Osiris, Christ, fairytale characters who die and are reborn-and all of the flowers that rise up and shatter upon opening.

we are shattered all the time by the awe and the horror of creation and destruction, good and evil, the beast of life and death, and all the stories in between.

Light and dark is stirring the cauldron. Let us be like the bulbs awakening in the womb tomb of earth mama, rising. Or like the red poppy in Louise Gluck’s poem:

“The great thing
is not having
a mind. Feelings:
oh, I have those; they
govern me. I have
a lord in heaven
called the sun, and open
for him, showing him
the fire of my own heart, fire
like his presence.
What could such glory be
if not a heart? Oh my brothers and sisters,
were you like me once, long ago,
before you were human? Did you
permit yourselves
to open once, who would never
open again? Because in truth
I am speaking now
the way you do. I speak
because I am shattered.”

Blessed awakening. Rising. Re-membering. Shattering. Opening. Truthing. Greening.
