We’re excited to share that the Federation of Medical Women of Canada (FMWC) is developing a mentorship stream dedicated to women in surgery.

This initiative aims to connect aspiring and early-career surgeons with experienced physician mentors who can offer guidance, encouragement, and insight as they navigate training and their careers.

Whether you’re exploring a future in surgery or looking to support the next generation, we look forward to sharing more details soon.

In the meantime, our FMWC Mentorship Program continues to connect medical students, resident physicians, and physicians with experienced mentors across a wide range of specialties.
