Your FARMACY isn’t a pill bottle. It’s your food. 🌿

We believe real nourishment comes from real food.
Organic, grass-fed beef.
Pasture-raised chicken.
Garden-grown lemons, limes, and avocados.

These aren’t “extras.”
These are foundations.

When you choose quality, you’re choosing:
• cleaner inputs
• better nutrient density
• fewer inflammatory triggers
• and food that actually supports your body

This is what we mean by FARMACY —
Using what’s grown and raised well to support health from the inside out.

Not perfection.
Just better choices, one meal at a time.

Sharing an insight…

Many people navigating a cancer diagnosis belong to multiple Facebook groups. We wanted to share an observation, as we see this pattern appear every day in DIY cancer support spaces.

A family shares real test results, hoping to understand what they actually mean for someone they love.
They ask a specific, thoughtful question.

What often follows is a flood of well-intended responses:
• long lists of supplements
• mutation-by-mutation “fixes”
• pathway encyclopedias
• dozens of possible interventions
• little context or prioritization

While the intention is to help, the outcome is often the opposite.

Most cancer-related mutations cannot be “repaired” or “restored.”
Many supplements support general biology, not specific mutations.
And more information without hierarchy does not equal clarity — it creates overwhelm.

What families are usually asking is much simpler:
• What matters most right now?
• What does this test actually tell us?
• What doesn’t need attention yet?

Effective cancer navigation is not about chasing every pathway.
It’s about pattern recognition, sequencing, and restraint.

Supportive tools have a role — but they must be placed in context.
Otherwise, people are left feeling more confused than when they started.

At Calm Over Cancer, we believe:
Clarity reduces fear.
Prioritization creates momentum.
And sometimes the most helpful answer is not another list —
but a grounded explanation of what truly deserves focus.
