Do you know how important rest is during our peri/ menopause ?

But how hard is it to truly rest?
And what do we do once we get there, if indeed we ever do?

We will be looking at ways to connect to and nurture both body and mind .

Our sauna ritual will be the first stage of deep, multi-sensory relaxation and connection.

We will explore different types of rest and discover how understanding our cycles and the changes that occur at menopause can make a huge difference to the way we navigate this natural life transition.

We are aiming to reach chapter 4 of our book "WOMEN WHO RUN WITH WOLVES". Don't worry if you haven't , there's plenty of scope for conversation & contribution just because of the nature of this fabulous book.

For the Garden...

- Hand tools
- Garden clothes & gloves (closed toe shoes & long sleeves - there are stingers n thorns)
- waterproofs
- Enthusiasm
- Gardening experience is very helpful.
- Nibbles

For the Sauna...

- Cozzie
- 2 towels ( to sit on & dry with)
- flip flops
- water bottle.

We will cook up a soup and give you a great day in a lovely wild garden followed by a well earned sauna n plunge.

Masson Fest is the UKs only dry tooling festival but it's also got talks and a wellbeing fIeld WITH A SAUNA! Yes, us!
