I am delighted to announce that I am now a fully qualified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner! 💜

EFT, often referred to as "tapping", is a gentle yet powerful technique that combines elements of acupressure with modern psychology. By tapping on specific energy points on the body while focusing on emotions, thoughts, or challenges, EFT can help to reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fears, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks.

Many people find EFT helps them feel calmer, more balanced, and better able to cope with life's challenges. It can also support confidence, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.

I'm excited to add this wonderful therapy to the treatments I offer and look forward to helping clients on their journey towards greater emotional freedom and wellbeing.
