🙌Today we will look at the Crown Chakra 🙌
The Solar Chakra - Sahasrara - Sankrit name
Location - Top of head
Lesson - Knowingness - the right to aspire. Dedication to the divine consciousness and trusting the universe. Integrating one's consciousness and subconsciousness into the super-consciousness.
Imbalances - Headaches. Photo-sensitivity. Mental illness. Senility. Right/left brain disorders and coordination problems. Epilepsy. Skin rashes. Varicose veins and blood vessel problems.
Stimulants - Focusing on dreams. Writing down your visions and inventions. Violet food and drink. Violet gemstones and violet clothing. Using violet oils a such as lavender or jasmin essential oils.
I love the colour violet, it a healing colour and very calming. Lavender oil is very relaxing. 💜

🙌Today we will look at the Third Eye Chakra 🙌
The Solar Chakra - Ajna - Sankrit name
Location - Forehead, in between the eyes.
Lesson - Intuition - the right to 'see. Trusting one's intuition and insights. Developing your psychic abilities. Self-realisation. Releasing hidden and repressed negative thoughts.
Imbalances - Learning disabilities, co-ordination problems. Sleep disorders. Depression, thyrdoid imbalances, swollen glands. Headaches, high blood pressure. Scalp problems, sinus problems.
Stimulants -Meditation. Star gazing. Indigo food and drink. Indigo gemstones and clothing. Using indigo oils such as patchouli or frankincense essential oils.
I think my favourite colour is purple. Indigo is three-quarters blue and one-quarter purple. I am very much drawn to blue's, purple's lilac and I absolutely love the smell of patchouli. 😌

The Throat Chakra - Vishuddha - Sankrit name
Location - Throat area
Lesson - Relationships - the right to speak. Learning to express oneself and one's beliefs (truths). Ability to trust. Loyalty. Organization and planning.
Imbalances - Thyrdoid imbalances, swollen glands. Fevers and flu. Infections. Mouth, jaw, tongue, neck and shoulder problems. Hormonal disorders such as pms, mood swings, bloating and menopause.
Stimulants -Singing(in the shower), poetry, art collecting. Meaningful conversations. Blue food and drink. Blue gemstones and clothing. Using blue oils such as chamomile or geranium essential oils.
I find pitches quite difficult. This is a chakra that I work on a lot to give me confidence to speak with conviction..

Location - Centre of chest.
Lesson - Relationships - the right of love. Love, forgiveness compassion. Ability to have self control. Acceptance of oneself.
Imbalances - Heart and breathing disorders. Chest pain. High blood pressure. Passivity. Immune system problems. Muscular tension.
Stimulants -Nature walks, time spent with family or friends. Green food and drink. Green gemstones and green clothing. Using green oils such as eucalyptus or pine essential oils.
I love walking in the countryside and being with family. Try and book some pleasure time walking with loved ones. 😌

The Solar Chakra - Manipura - Sankrit name
Location - Above the naval, stomach area.
Lesson - Personal power - the right to think. Balance of intellect, self-confidence and ego power. Ability to have self-control and humour.
Imbalances - Digestive problems, ulcers, diabetes, hypoglycaemia, constipation. Nervousness, toxicity, parasites, colitis, poor memory.
Stimulants -Taking classes, reading informative books, doing mind puzzles. Sunshine. Yellow food and drink. Yellow gemstones and yellow clothing. Using yellow oils such as lemon or rosemary essential oils.
I love yellow peppers maybe try eating lots of yellow foods and get out in the sun if you can. 🌞

The Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana- Sankrit name
Location - Below navel, lower abdomen
Lesson - Feelings - the right to feel. Connected to our sensing abilities and issues related to feelings. Ability to be social and intimacy issues.
Imbalances - Eating disorders. Alcohol and drug abuse. Depression. Low back pain. Asthma or allergies. Urinary problems.
Stimulants -Hot aromatic baths, water aerobics, massage. Embracing sensation (such as different food tastes). Orange food and drink. Using orange oils such as melissa or orange essential oils.
If you feel you have an imbalance in this area try wearing something orange and eating an orange. Be more aware of the colour orange in your life.

Today we will look at the Root Chakra....
The Root Chakra - Muladhara - Sankrit name
Location - Base of the spine, coccyx.
Lesson - Survival - The right to exist. Deals with tasks related to the material and physical world. Ability to stand up for oneself and security issues.
Imbalances - Anaemia, fatigue, lower back pain, sciatica, depression. Frequent colds or cold hands and cold feet.
Stimulants -Physical exercise and restful sleeps, gardening. Red food & drink. Red gemstones, red clothing, Using red oils such as ylang ylang or sandalwood essential oils.
Ever wondered why you are drawn to a certain colour when your going to get dressed in the mornings 🤔
It's the healing colour needed for that day......
