💜 Supporting a Cause Close to Our Hearts 💜

Today I’d love to ask for your support for a very special friend of mine, Becky, who has taken on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon to raise money for the National Autistic Society.

Becky is running in honour of her beautiful little boy, and her goal is to raise £2,500 to help the National Autistic Society continue providing vital support, guidance and advocacy for autistic people and their families.

As many of you know, I love supporting causes that make a real difference in our communities. In 2027, we’ll also be holding our own fundraising event to help Becky reach her goal, and I’ll be sharing more details as plans come together.

For now, I’m asking if you could spare a few pounds to support this amazing cause. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference and will mean so much to Becky and her family.

Meet Kristine 🤍

Kristine is an Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner, Independent Nurse Prescriber, and Registered Nurse.

She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2018 with a First-Class Honours Degree in Adult Nursing and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing. Alongside her aesthetics career, Kristine continues to work in Critical Care as a Team Coordinator, where patient safety, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practice remain at the heart of everything she does.

Kristine began her aesthetics journey in 2024 and has trained with leading industry experts, including Harley Academy Manchester, Derma Institute, and award-winning aesthetic nurse Sharon King. She is passionate about continually advancing her knowledge and skills and is proud to have been shortlisted as a Beauty Full Awards 2026 Finalist.

Outside of work, Kristine is a wife, mum to Lando and Sofia, and dog mum to Miley. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, long walks, great coffee, and travelling.

Kristine’s philosophy is simple: to deliver safe, evidence-based, personalised treatments that enhance natural beauty—not change it.

✨ A milestone I’m incredibly proud to share… ✨

I’m so excited to announce that I have officially achieved my VTCT Skills (ITEC) Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Treatments with Harley Academy. 🎓💉

This is the highest regulated qualification in aesthetic injectables in the UK and represents months of dedication, advanced training, clinical assessments, and evidence-based learning. As a registered nurse, I’m passionate about continually investing in my education to ensure I provide the safest, most effective treatments for every patient.

For my patients and Estético Medi-Clinic, this means:

🤍 The highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice.
🤍 Evidence-based treatment planning tailored to each individual.

🪄 JUST LIKE MAGIC 🪄

Super proud to be showcasing these fabulous results with you all .

Here we are using the power of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to replace volume , create femininity and give confidence.

Here nurse Yasmin initially focussed on the mid face to provide a lift and support to the whole face, followed by addressing the lower face , marionette lines /jowl area.

Nothing is overfilled , just perfectly placed ❤️

This morning was spent with all these yummy mummy’s catching up , sharing stories and getting out in the fresh air. All finished with hot drinks and cakes 🧁.

Creating subtle lift and definition from the midface and cheeks and really balancing the profile and supporting the lower face with the help of chin filler .

Teoxane UK Official Ultra Deep was the filler of choice for this lovely lady as she has great skin integrity and we wanted to create lift and support.

👶 ONE FOR THE MUMS 👶

As I have lots of you that are new mums , expecting your little ones soon or have little toddlers already I thought it would be nice to all get together for a walk (hopefully in the sunshine) meet others who are at similar points in their life , chat about your birth stories , discuss how your bodies have changed from before (for the better ) talk about how annoying it is that your b***s now constantly leak milk 😂

Becoming a new mum can feel isolating at times , so if I can help by bringing you together to get you out of the house for a bit and have a breather then that’s a positive experience for me ❤️

And coffee and cake too … BONUS !!!

The meet will be from clinic and we will take a steady walk down the five pits trail .
Really casual , dead chilled and just wholesome ❤️

There is no age limit on your children ❤️
