✨This week I had the privilege to perform relaxing sound baths for a group of teachers, in their workplace. The sessions were designed to promote relaxation and enhance workplace wellbeing✨

When people talk about Reiki, it’s often described through sensations: warmth, tingling, waves of energy. But that isn’t everyone’s experience, especially at first.⁠

When I first received Reiki, I didn’t feel much at all. And I remember wondering whether it was any different than simply "resting" on my own.⁠
⁠
However, I learned that Reiki doesn’t always show up through sensations. ⁠
⁠
Often, the body responds quietly, beneath conscious awareness. ⁠
⁠
Subtle shifts can take time to notice, and sometimes they’re only clear in hindsight.⁠
