l for people experiencing challenges on physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. Healing can help you manage the debilitating effects of anxiety and stress when faced with increasing pressures from an often-demanding world; conforming to a so called “normal” way of life and leading to unrealistic expectations of ourselves. Spiritual Healing can be received either in a chair or couch with the healer’s hands near or on the individual’s body. A variety of sensations can be experienced such as heat, coolness or a gentle tingling feeling. There can sometimes be an emotional release or just a feeling of deep relaxation & peace
My healing work is a shamanic approach for the 21st Century and the following modalities have been created to suit those who seek a deeper understanding of the self. Ancestral Healing
Families can be caught up in a repetitive cycle of imbalance, originating from previous generations, often at an unconscious level; leaving an energetic imprint within the cellular structure /DNA of the physical body, resulting in health and personal life challenges. Through a process known as Ancestral De- Cording, negative ties or cords at a deep chakra level can be released, enabling individuals to let go of debilitating patterns of low self esteem, co-dependency, dysfunctional relationships and so on. This process has the potential to reduce the level of karmic baggage and creating a positive energy for future generations. Inner Child Energy Work
Were your needs met when growing up? The chances are at some level they fell short for a variety of reasons, wounding your inner child. Discover your hidden potential by taking a step towards healing any emotional pain held within. Earth Mother Re-Birthing
The incoming soul on its journey
into the earth plane needs to connect at a spiritual level to Gaia our Earth Mother, to feel anchored and secure; to move forward in life and have experiences to further personal growth and evolution. If there has been trauma experienced from conception, pregnancy to subsequent birth on physical, emotional or psychological levels, this can lead to the soul withdrawing its energy from making a full and secure connection. Subsequently the individual may have deep seated feelings of insecurity and fear as she/he grows up, without understanding why. Through an integrated process of specific visualisations, breathwork and healing, you will be able to re-connect to our earth mother, Gaia with a deeper sense of stability and inner strength. Sometimes, a combination of these approaches is necessary in supporting people to move forward in their lives. Animal Healing
