About the last 5 months …….
JAN - MAY 2026
🌀 Over the last 5 months, I’ve invested more than 450 hours into learning, growing, and developing new skills—not just for myself, but to create even better experiences for my students.
🌀 This journey has been about more than gaining knowledge. It’s been about evolving as a person, refining my approach as a teacher, and continuously asking how I can bring more value, inspiration, and opportunity to those I teach.
🌀 I’ve learned that growth requires commitment, curiosity, and a willingness to step outside of what’s familiar. Every hour spent learning has been an investment in becoming a better educator and a better version of myself.
🌀 The commitment to these trainings has meant spending a lot of time away over the last five months. At times, that has created a disconnect from my community and from people I care about. However, every hour spent away has been with good intention—to learn, grow, and bring back new experiences, knowledge, and opportunities for my students and the wider community.
🌀 I’m grateful for the lessons, the challenges, and the growth. This journey has shaped me not only as a teacher but also as a person, and I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned with those around me.
🌀 I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has been patient during this period and remained committed to their practice.
🌀 Thank you to those who continued showing up, staying dedicated to your mat, and embracing the opportunity to learn from other teachers while I was away.
🌀 Your commitment to your own growth and willingness to remain open to different perspectives is something I deeply respect.
🌀 A strong practice isn’t built around one teacher—it’s built through consistency, curiosity, and the commitment to keep learning.
🌀 Thank you for trusting the process and for being part of this journey with me. 🙏
🌀 The learning doesn’t stop here.
🌀 This is just the beginning. 🌱✨
A special thank you goes to my teachers for their guidance and wisdom.
I’m filled with thanks, love and gratefulness for this path.
