I recently delivered a Workplace Wellbeing Sound Bath as part of a corporate Health and Safety day.

The aim was to create space for employees to pause, step away from the pace of the working day, and experience a different approach to support their well-being. I wanted to offer time to slow down, even briefly, can help ease stress, calm the mind and bring greater clarity.

I’ll admit I felt a little nervous beforehand! I’m grateful to everyone who took part with openness and curiosity.
