We had a wonderful evening The Cat House - Cat Lounge & Arts Centre - Norwich
With our Sunday evening Soundbath !!
The cats really enjoyed new toys to play with !! And new people to cuddle with
I had some helpers tonight ,all wanting to play the instruments !

Amy Thirkettle and myself are super excited about this upcoming event , bringing together the beautiful tropic skincare and spundbath , blended into this nourish and nurture morning , using these products Amy will guide us through a wonderful relaxing facial, and techniques , all participants all recieving a beautiful tropic skincare set to take away , we will enjoy settling into a deeply nourishing Soundbath to allow the products to sink in while enjoying the wonderful sounds and frequency . We will enjoy refreshments and a chance to share and listen . ✨ We had Somone in a wheelchair, plus their carer came to enjoy the session with us today , amazing
✨ The sounds were spot on and took everyone onto a deep journey or rest and space
✨ It was just what people needed after a stressful week , day , and time to just pause and be
✨ The fact that a regular lady travels all the way from Ipswich to join us as she loves my soundbaths and my energy and vibes ,love this ❤️
✨ The beautiful look on everyone's faces when they land back in the room after chilling
✨ Lovely new people and regular people attending ,thank you

The A47 is closed this weekend , so anyone coming to my Soundbath The Painted Barn on Saturday please allow extra time to find an alternative route to get to the venue , thank you

🚧 Advance notice - A47 Full Weekend Closure 🚧 8pm Fri 29 May to 6am Mon 1 June

The A47 will be fully closed in both directions between Longwater Interchange and Dereham Interchange while we continue construction of our new dual carriageway on the A47 between North Tuddenham and Easton in Norfolk.

🔧 What we’re doing:
• We’ll be constructing the new Lyng Road junction and connecting it to a new local access road and the current A47.
• We’ll also be carrying out preparation work on the new route to Mattishall Lane, and junction and construction work linked to removing the Easton roundabout.
• A new road layout will be in place when the road reopens on 1 June (see diagram).

🛣️ Diversions Westbound: via A11 → A134 → A1065 → rejoin A47 at Swaffham Eastbound: via A1065 → A134 → A11 → rejoin A47 toward Norwich

🚫 Side roads: Side road access onto this stretch of the A47 will close from 7.30pm Fri 29 May over the weekend. Residents living directly on the A47 will be escorted through the road closure when needed. Emergency services will have access throughout.

⚠️ Abnormal load – Sun 31 May (9am–1pm) An abnormal load travelling from King’s Lynn to Necton will use part of the diversion between Swaffham and Necton on Sunday 31st. Please allow extra time for your journey.
