Our mindset changes, we become stronger, more resilient and accept when life happens

We learn to value consistency in the small steps that amount into the bigger increases and changes over time

Then who knows, what we thought our “perfect” outcome was, could even be surpassed with the progress we’re always building💪🏼

Don’t limit yourself, always strive for more🫶🏼

Finding that one thing that allows you switch off from the outside world, from the noise in your mind, now that’s priceless✨

Taking time for your self each week, each day, to move, breathe and re-connect with your body and your mind is one of the best forms of self care we can gift ourselves🫶🏼

Pilates is the one thing I truly find makes me switch off, to concentrate only on myself just for that hour, and be completely present in the moment🩷

In a world where we are 100mph, struggling to make time for ourselves, when can we actually stop, and just focus on our body and mind?

I designed my Pilates challenges to give people just that. To prove actually when you want to make time, there is time available, even if it is just 20 minutes!

1. Do I need to have done Pilates before?
Absolutely not, I level every exercise to make sure it is suitable to everyone

2. I haven’t done your other challenges, is that okay?
Of course! All challenges are different, meaning you don’t have to have done any previously

3. Do I have to complete the challenge 28 days?
Not at all! All videos are pre recorded meaning there’s no specific time you need to be available for, plus you keep all the videos, meaning you can always revisit them whenever you want!
