I designed my Pilates challenges to give people just that. To prove actually when you want to make time, there is time available, even if it is just 20 minutes!

1. Do I need to have done Pilates before?
Absolutely not, I level every exercise to make sure it is suitable to everyone
2. I haven’t done your other challenges, is that okay?
Of course! All challenges are different, meaning you don’t have to have done any previously
3. Do I have to complete the challenge 28 days?
Not at all! All videos are pre recorded meaning there’s no specific time you need to be available for, plus you keep all the videos, meaning you can always revisit them whenever you want!
