A quick introduction, if we have not met properly yet.
I’m Lily Samuels MSc, BSc, SENr — Registered Nutritionist, speaker and founder of Lily Samuels Nutrition.
My work sits at the intersection of women’s health, metabolic health and workplace performance.
I support women in perimenopause and menopause who are tired of feeling unlike themselves — the energy crashes, brain fog, disrupted sleep, weight changes, cravings, low mood and loss of confidence that can make midlife feel harder than it needs to.
I also work with organisations to help them understand something I believe strongly:
Menopause is not just a wellbeing issue.
It is a performance issue.
When women in midlife are unsupported, organisations do not just lose wellbeing. They risk losing focus, capacity, confidence, experience and talent.
My work is about translating complex nutrition science into practical strategies that help women feel stronger, clearer and more in control — at home, at work and in leadership.
